For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on water or bottles once they have been delivered.
If you have any immediate concerns about the quality of your water upon delivery, please contact our team right away so we can address it.
Water dispensers are subject to manufacturer inspection. Should a dispenser be found faulty, we will handle the process with the manufacturer to ensure it is inspected and resolved.
